Ever Have One of Those Days?

Ever have one of those days?

The phone rings, then rings again, and then again. One call is a good friend who is fighting with another friend and for some reason they think you have something to do with it, the other phone call is a family member who heard through the family grapevine that you said something that upset them and you never said anything, nor do you know what they are talking about. The third phone call is a telemarketer who keeps you on the phone forever and talked you into something you don't need, nor can you afford.

A few hours ago you were just fine. You were having a wonderful morning. You fixed yourself a hazelnut coffee, veggie omelet and you were enjoying the beautiful few minutes you had to yourself. Then wham, someone entered your day and wham, they hit you upside your head, - a few minutes ago, your normal head.

You had a life, now you have frustration, anger, and craziness.

Ever have one of those days? We all have. It doesn't feel good, it's not fair is it? We can ruin our own days but should others be allowed too? That is the table talk question of the day. Should we allow others to do this to us?

What do we do to get our day back? What do we do to get ourselves back? Something was stolen from us... our day, our peace, our tranquility, and very well could be, our health!

There is no easy answer. Each situation will be different, but handle YOU with care. Yes, YOU.

You need to handle yourself with care and not let people/situations do this in your life.

Care about you today, take care of yourself today, YOU are the only person who can!

Learn to say NO, learn not to play the game, learn to not let them get you all worked up, learn not to defend yourself when they won't listen anyway, learn not to give them power, learn not to answer the phone, learn to walk in peace, learn to not let their troubles be your troubles, learn to press forward in love, learn to walk in wisdom and let wisdom guard your back.

I like what Dr. Seuss says here;

I have heard there are troubles of more than one kind. Some come from ahead and some come from behind. But I've bought a big bat. I'm all ready you see. Now my troubles are going to have troubles with me! ~Dr. Seuss

Don't give troubles the time of day!
